Description

We are looking for a methodical Market Research Intern to survey, collect, and consolidate real estate data. The data collected will be processed through our digital platform SiiLA® and will support customers during their decision-making process (acquisitions, dispositions, development, etc.).

A successful candidate will be able to collect and maintain data integrity as well as perform analysis on the information.

Responsibilities

Collect market data and consolidate it while maintaining data integrity       

Conduct primary and secondary research to obtain valuable information      

Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methodologies       

Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations       

Catalogue findings into databases       

Perform data audits to ensure data accuracy       

Remain informed on latest industry and market trends           

Advanced Excel       

Fluent in English     

Flexibility to travel      

Ability to interpret large amounts of data    

Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, surveys etc.)   

Strong analytical and critical thinking
