Join Accounts Payable (AP) team to process accounting transactions in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements. This position reports to Finance Delivery Manager - AP Your responsibilities Analysis of the GR / IR account to validate Material receipts. Communication with BUs Communication with Suppliers Follow up on issues that are holding up the process through recurring calls. Develop a report where information is cross referenced with the following reports : Portfolio, Cash In Time and RBOX in this report should show the invoices accounted and pending registration, as well as this report should show the invoices posted and pending registration, as well as comments on why the invoice has not been registered. Present the report to Team Leader and AP Manager to see the progress. Supports the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of services within defined area, as directed. Learns to accomplish relevant tasks through practical experience, to support course of academic study and / or enhance personal employment opportunities. Your background Student of the career of Public Accountant or Administration. Intermediate Excel skills. Problem solving skills, teamwork, effective communication and being proactive who likes challenges.
