Be able to be stand-alone, while also working alongside the Chief of Staff.Responsibility:Help lead Strategic Initiatives on an ad-hoc basis for the organization, together with the Chief of Staff (i.e., international expansionOKRs, new product development, M&A)Work closely with Founders on creating presentations for Investors, prospective clients, partnerships or other high-stakes stakeholdersProactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working / operating model within the Steering Committee (Area Heads & Founders) and develop & carry out implementation plans.
