Position Summary : The role will be working closely with the client to perform various tasks, including inbox organization, calendar organization, scheduling, and managing administrative projects. Initially, the role will focus on inbox organization and the management of incoming emails and messages to filter out non-priority items. Then, the candidate will be expected to actively schedule meetings, manage calendar items, and manage the inbox. A successful candidate in this role is open-minded and willing to grow and develop. They are organized, yet agile enough to make quick changes if necessary. They are passionate about systemization to help make workflows more efficient and have a customer obsession mindset. Key Responsibilities : Manage CEO's email inbox and respond to emails on their behalf as needed. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls using the CEO's calendar. Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and recommendations to the CEO. Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on action items and deadlines. Prepare board decks and other presentation materials for the CEO. Assist in the drafting of executive communications, including emails, memos, and reports. Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and other tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO. Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or similar role Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet Proficiency in Calendar Management Ability to conduct research and summarize findings effectively. Experience preparing board decks and other presentation materials. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA is a plus
